We have increased the commission to 3% for the buyer's broker, and if your buyer closes by October 31, 2015 we've added an additional bonus of $1500 for the agent. If you have an offer please get them to us by Monday, October 5, before noon. Please prep your buyers and be sure that they are pre-qualified. Let's get excited and tell everyone!
