It was really nice to meet you! I am Felisha Orchid with Essence Properties, LLC. 

As a reminder, when we met we discussed our Real Estate Investor Training and you expressed an interest in the program. Through the training program we teach our students how to earn additional income and create wealth by learning how to invest in real estate. 

Our standard course is completely online and lasts just 12 short weeks! Throughout the duration of the course, we will teach you various invaluable streams of income in real estate (below) and show you how you can use them collectively to create wealth. We also offer options that allow you to divide the course up and choose the streams of income that interest you the most.

Streams of Income:

 

  1. Wholesaling – After securing interest in a property, the investor assigns or sells his position/right to the property to another investor for $5,000-$10,000, whom will typically rehab the property to flip or rent out. 
  2. Flipping – An investor buys a piece of real estate for much less than the going price in the community, rehabs the home, and resells the property for a profit.
  3. Buy & Hold (Rentals) – An investor purchases property, possibly rehabs it, and then rents units out to renters.
  4. Tax Deeds/Liens & Redemption Deeds – Investments that provide guaranteed interest rates from 8-50%. 
  5. Commercial – An investor owns real estate and leases the property out to businesses for non-residential purposes such as retail spaces, hotels, restaurants, office spaces, clinics, etc.
