4-Week Wholesalers Workshop

Wholesaling is a real estate strategy used by investors to build capital. Once a wholesaler secures a contract on property, he/she then assigns or sells the contract for $5,000-$7,500 to another investor for rehabbing. In essence, wholesalers receive a finders fee for connecting an investor with a great property. The wholesaler does not take ownership! The key is finding the right property in the right location with the right profit margin. There is no risk and it can be done with little or no money down. Unfortunately, there are a lot of people that call themselves wholesalers that are not making any real money because they haven't mastered the process for property analysis, the formulas to determine how much profit is in each deal, putting together the right presentation package, connecting with investors that are ready to go and so much more. It's worth every dime to learn all the ins-and-outs before you begin to wholesale. Remember your brand, your reputation, will be tarnished every time you offer a wholesale deal that investors walk away from.   • 8 total hours of Video Conferencing/Face-to-Face Group Sessions
  • Learn at your own pace!

We designed our courses to be able to accomodate various schedules. Each class includes: Weekly Online Interactive Video Training + Weekly Video Conferencing/Face-to-Face Group Sessions (time slots below)

  • Thursday Evenings - 6:00pm - 8:00pm
  • Friday Mornings - 8:30am - 10:30am
  • Saturdays - 9:30am-11:30am
